Description: We’re seeking a landscape professional with proven ability to provide leadership and strong performance as Branch Manager for a commercial grounds maintenance and winter services organization. This career opportunity fits someone with progressive responsibility and proven second-level management ability.
Responsibilities: You’ll have full operational responsibility for two Branches, including staffing, production, sales, and team leadership.
The successful candidate will possess:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a Horticulture-related field, or equivalent experience;
• Proven leadership ability and progressive management experience;
• Flexibility and creativity in accomplishing quality work under dynamic circumstances;
• A track record of superior client retention;
• Ability to manage a sales person to organically grow the business at target margins;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Discipline to consistently achieve branch performance goals;
• Solid financial management skills for budgeting, resource planning and full scope P&L management;
• A positive, team-oriented attitude!
